About donations and your data

We use PayPal so your donation flows through their secure, regulated payment infrastructure, not ours. That gives you the peace of mind of a major payment provider's data protection and standard transaction protection.

What Cooshee can see

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The amount you donated

What only PayPal sees

  • Card number and card details
  • Mobile number
  • Billing postal code
  • Any other payment information

What to expect in upcoming versions

  1. Cleaner save file reader

No special in-game settings required, no Data Lab tab needed. Just point at your save and go.

  2. Proper financial statements

Full P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow over a configurable number of in-game weeks. Each line item paired with plain-English notes explaining what the figure means and what it tells you about the health of your business, written for owners who never trained in management accounting.

  3. Neighbourhood market intel

See who your competitors are in each district, how many similar stores already exist, and which properties are available for rent or purchase, with details.

  4. Export + AI prompt pack

Export key data with ready-made prompts for your preferred AI assistant. Use them for tasks like: suggesting how many staff (and which skills) to hire for a new store to cover your opening hours, building complex weekly rosters, or running what-if scenarios on pricing and product mix.

Cooshee BA CFO

Release Notes

v1.00 23-Jun-2026

What changed:

  • IT IS FINALLY HERE, the official V1 of Cooshee BA CFO tool
  • Your C-suite, your dashboard: CEO, CFO, COO, CCO and CIO each own a set of tabs and an Insight & Alerts office page for their area of responsibility.
  • Smart alerts, auto-routed — wage / overhead / loan-interest / idle-cash warnings (CFO); excess stock, items you could make in-house, machine shortfalls, expansion gaps, dead stores (COO); revenue decline, browse-only customers, opening-hours tuning, roster gaps (CCO); data gaps (CIO); best/worst store portfolio (CEO).
  • Finance at a glance — daily/weekly revenue, COGS-adjusted profit, cashflow, plus exact net worth, cash and loan balance read straight from the save.
  • Items & shopping — per-store sales, weekly purchase/delivery suggestions (with lost-sales correction + contingency), live importer prices, and Stock on hand per warehouse/factory/store.
  • Manufacturing — a weekly production plan, the games real 10-machine production lines, machine capacity vs how many you own, and a costed raw-ingredient order.
  • Team — your full roster from the save: wages, skills, hours, satisfaction, store assignment, resignation risk.
  • Properties — every building in the city: real address, district, rent/deposit/price, owner, foot traffic, customer capacity, and **Area peers** competitor density.
  • Customers — hourly footfall by day, paying vs browse-only, and satisfaction sub-scores.
  • Set-and-forget data — businesses auto-populate from the save, items auto-name from the game catalog, daily backups with safe restore.

v0.99 17-Jun-2026

What changed:

  • New Manufacturing tab (under the COO) — works out weekly production, the raw-ingredient order, and factory-workstation capacity for the products you make.
  • Properties tab is now full city intelligence — real address, district, size, foot traffic, rival owner names, and estimated rent/deposit/price for every building, with filters to scout locations without clicking around in-game.
  • Tabs load dramatically faster — fixed a ~2-second-per-request localhost/IPv6 stall (now near-instant), plus a threaded server and cached save-file reads.
  • Items auto-named, services auto-excluded — every item ID is named from the games own data, and fee/ticket "items" are kept out of shopping & delivery automatically.
  • Data-integrity fixes — repaired the doubled/partial sales days and added a lock so they cannot recur and fixed the Data Lab save hang.

v0.98 07-Jun-2026

What changed:

  • New Boardroom landing page (C-Suite, your portrait at the head of the table).
  • Properties (Alpha version) → "City Market Intelligence" — real categories, real addresses, available-to-rent.
  • No more EconoView CSV export — read straight from the save.
  • Less setup, more accuracy — auto-populate businesses, exact loan balance, correct ages, freshest save, no Ctrl-F5.
  • Easier upgrades — install over the top.

v0.97 29-May-2026

What changed:

  • Major update with a number of Fixes and tool tips. Read the release notes in the downloadable zip file for more details
  • Alert requires your attention: Business Types have now been aligned to the game with a new category to identify the business type. This needs to be addressed as it helps properly categorising businesses in most tabs.
  • New (Alpha — early discovery preview): Properties tab. Brand-new tab with 800+ city properties pulled live from your save. Excel-style multi-select filters (District / Type / Owner) plus numeric ranges (Rent / Capacity / Traffic).
  • New: Net Worth and Cash on Hand on CFO tab. Live from save file alongside existing empire KPIs.
  • Bug fix: Customer Visits revenue + first-day data. Off-by-one in the save-file parser made daily revenue show under the previous day and silently swallowed the first day of every business. Also fixes empty charts for businesses rented later in your save (e.g. opened Day 58 of a Day-70 save).
  • Bug fix: CFO / Finance tab counts and Gross Profit now correct. Office sub-categories (Legal / Web / Graphic Design) now correctly counted as Revenue businesses instead of Support, and the top "Gross Profit" KPI now nets out estimated COGS so it matches the sum of per-store cards beneath it (was $24K off on test save).
  • New: HR Managers Sync from save. One click adds any NPC with the HR skill, without touching insurance tiers. You just need to add the insurance tier.

v0.96 20-May-2026

What changed:

  • CFO Alerts redesigned. Mark Read / Delete now work without errors, and you get checkbox multi-select, Business & Alert Type filters, and bulk-action buttons that adapt to what's selected.
  • Smarter alert cleanup. Overlapping "revenue dip" alerts auto-collapse to the latest range, so the list stays meaningful instead of piling up duplicates.
  • Layout fixes. Customer Visits by Hour charts now align across all days. Customer-card numbers no longer overflow. Customer Visits Trend chart shows labels correctly even for high-traffic days.
  • UI simplified. Removed redundant "Refresh" buttons from Customers / Items / Team as the "Save Settings & Import Data" button now handles all functionality.
